Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we process orders as quickly as possible, you must request changes or cancelations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this deadline cannot be honored. However, your order can be fully refunded upon receipt.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that there may be delays during public holidays and sales promotions. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Processing takes 1-3 working days, after which the order will be dispatched the next working day. There is no shipping on weekends.

How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, delivery can take 2-4 weeks.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

(in US dollars). However, depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information on possible fees.

What to do if the delivered item is defective, wrong or damaged?

If you have received incorrect, missing or damaged items, please contact us with your order number, photos of the items and all relevant information immediately upon receipt of the parcel. We will endeavor to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be made via the original payment method selected. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 working days. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
